In a world where environmental collapse has left survivors to fight for the precious resources needed to survive, a young woman’s loyalties are tested by the arrival of a wounded man. When he discovers her family has a secret supply of fresh water it puts them all in the crosshairs of a dangerous cult, and their ruthless leader Gabriel.

When Ted, a withdrawn bachelor, suddenly becomes plagued by reoccurring black outs that appear to be transporting him to a mysterious location, he enlists the help of an interested neighbor girl and an old high school science wiz to discover the cause. They begin piecing together clues that indicate a mysterious significance to Ted's house, neighborhood, and even his town and how they relate to an immense, borderline supernatural experiment gone awry in the 1940s. Ted learns that not only is the abandoned experiment much larger than he would have ever imagined, but its dangerous secrets may be the key to finding his missing mother, the history of his family, and solving a centuries-old mystery.

The Well is the story of four teenagers; Beth, Luis, Coll and Ivan who accidentally uncover a cursed Celtic well and release an evil spirit into the world. The teenagers must discover how to restore order before one of them is killed by the evil hag that they have disturbed, who has already killed a young girl called Bethany who features in the online platform of the show.

On a dark winter's night about Christmas-time, a couple leave town to visit the man's dilapidated childhood home. During the night, something happens that dramatically alters their lives.
